Beginners Training
Hey everyone, Coach Felipe here! I'm excited to introduce my brand-new 4-Week Beginner Training Program that you can do right at home, no equipment needed! This program is designed to help you get moving, build strength, and improve your fitness, whether you're just starting out or getting back into it. • We’ll be training 3 days per week, with each session including: • Warm-up to get your body ready to move. • Activation exercises to wake up those muscles. • A full workout to challenge your body. • A fun abs sequence to fire up your core. • Cardio to boost your endurance and burn calories. • A cooldown to stretch out and recover. The best part? You can follow along on your phone with a mobile-friendly format or print the program out and stick it on your wall as a reminder of your goals.
