Here’s the breakdown: Day 1: GPP (General Physical Preparation) Goals: •Build foundational conditioning. •Improve muscular endurance. •Develop overall body control. Day 2: RT #1 (Resistance Training) Goals: •Strengthen major muscle groups. •Increase hypertrophy. •Enhance joint stability. Day 3: Shapes & Handstands Goals: •Perfect body positions (hollow, arch, pike, tuck, etc.) •Develop handstand balance, strength, and posture. •Strengthen shoulder and core stability. Day 4: Circuit Goals: •Improve aerobic capacity. •Boost gymnastics-specific stamina. •Build mental toughness under fatigue. Day 5: RT #2 (Resistance Training) Goals: •Focus on maximal strength. •Increase power for explosive skills. •Build injury resilience.
